Cancellations/refund policy

All services require full prepayment or a deposit in order to book an appointment at Sapp's barber shop. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, we must be notified within 48 hours of your scheduled service in order to be issued a full refund. Any notification after that up until 2 hours before your appointment will result in an account credit that must be used within 30 days of being issued. If you fail to notify us of your inability to make it to your appointment from 2 hours out and after, you will be considered a no-call no-show and that will result in a penalty of the full cost of the service or deposit that was paid. No refund will be issued and you must book another appointment through https://www.schedulicity.com/business/appointments or walk in to receive a service.

 

Sapps Memberships

If you are a part of our membership program and you fail to make it to your appointment without notifying us within 2 hours of the scheduled service,  that will result in the usage of your services allotted for that month.
